Title: Chef, Vinny Vanucchi's, Little Italy

Training: 5 years training under certified chef Ron Moon and Ron Kahn. Growing up in the greater Tri-State area has given me the unique opportunity to understand the local palate and design dishes that appeal to this area.

Hobbies: Other than cooking and spending time with my daughter, I enjoy music, hiking, and song writing.

Recipe: One of my signature dishes at Vinny's is Bistecca Candidia.
