Ronald P. Moon is a 1978 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He also attended and graduated from the Restaurant School at Walt Disney, Florida. Chef Moon has worked at many fine restaurants throughout the country, from great seafood restaurants on the east coast, to the world renouned restaurant Commander's Palace in New Orleans. There he worked under Chef Emeril Lagasse. This is where he learned the art of cajun and southern cooking.
