          The Woodward Communications, Inc. Shareholders met on December 12 and unanimously elected Mike Gile to the Board of Directors.  As a director, Mike will be the Chair of the Compensation, Governance and Board Development Committee, and will serve on the Audit Committee as well as the ESOP Plan Committee.

          Mike Gile rejoins WCI as a member of the Board. In his 38+ years of employment with the company, Mike served in many roles, on many committees and participated in numerous task forces.
