Employee Owner Benefits

Full Time benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance and 401(k), effective the first of the month following the hire date. Vacation, paid sick days (3 of which can be used for family sick days); two floating holidays are available, as well as direct deposit and a flexible spending account. Tuition reimbursement is offered after one year of employment. Also, after one year of employment, WCI offers an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), long term disability, and paid life insurance for employee owners, spouses, and dependent children.

Flexible Full Time employee owners (30 hours or more) have many of the same benefits; and Part Time employee owners (20 to 29 hours) have some of the same benefits including 401(k) and ESOP.
