At WCI, we strive to provide employee owners with good jobs, good pay and good benefits. We believe our employee owners need to have a strong work foundation and quality places to work in order to be productive and satisfied. In order to do this effectively, we participate in a number of surveys to monitor how competitive we are with other employers in our communities and industries. Additionally, we regularly survey our employee owners to get feedback on how we might continue to make improvements. Two indications that we have a good place to work is the number of folks who belong to our Quarter Century Club and the fact that 14% of our employee owners are "boomerangs" – having gladly returned to the company after leaving for opportunities elsewhere.
