The Wisconsin-Iowa Shopping News is a free community paper that serves Crawford and Northern Grand counties in Wisconsin and Allamakee and Northern Clayton counties in Iowa. Established in 1977, the Wisconsin-Iowa Shopping News is one of a group of newspapers and shoppers owned by Woodward Communications, Inc. (WCI) that serves Southwest Wisconsin and Northeast Iowa. WCI is a Family/Employee Owned Corporation based in Dubuque, Iowa and is recognized on the state, regional and national levels as a leader in the communication field.
The Wisconsin-Iowa Shopping News was recently named a Gold Standard Publication by the Circulation verification Council (CVC). This prestigious award is presented to less than 100 of over 4,300 community papers audited by CVC in 2005. |
